Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, the nation's leading patient payment plan. We offer several payment plans to meet every financing need, including no interest and low interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs. It's easy to apply and you may receive an online decision in seconds. Please see our staff for more details.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. After your insurance has paid, you will be issued a refund for any credit balances. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

One of the most important things we do to earn your trust is to participate voluntarily in the quality assessment program of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (Accreditation Association/AAAHC).

Our office is the only accredited oral surgery facility in the Central Valley. This accreditation assures that you and your loved ones will be treated by a doctor and his staff in a facility that has passed the highest standards of excellence in health care delivery.

The dedication and effort necessary for an organization to be accredited is substantial and the compliance with those standards implies a commitment to continual sefl-evaluation and continuous improvement and excelleanc in health care delivery.

• At Drs. Baker and Cadra, we use all digital radiography to reduce radiation exposure and enhance our ability to communicate with your doctor. Our x-ray equipment, including our Panoramic machine, has the ability to image in 3-dimensions.
